By creating an account or using the Easy Menus service (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Who we are
Easy Menus is operated by Easy Menus Inc., reachable via the contact page. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “Easy Menus,” that’s who we mean. When they say “you,” they mean the person or business holding the account.
What the service is
Easy Menus is a permanent QR code service for documents that change. We generate a QR code for you that always resolves to the latest PDF you’ve sent to your unique update address. We don’t host your customer interactions, take payments on your behalf, or process orders.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you add authorized senders, you’re responsible for what they email through your code. You can remove an authorized sender at any time from inside the app.
Acceptable use
Easy Menus can be used to display PDFs. It can’t be used to display content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, contains malware, or violates a third party’s terms (including the App Store / Play Store policies for any apps that link to your code). We may take down a code that violates these rules, and we’ll tell you why if we do.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel any time from inside the app and your code will keep working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial periods, and we don’t charge cancellation fees. Annual plans are billed once, up front.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and we monitor uptime, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If we have an outage, your QR code may temporarily fail to resolve. We’ll work to restore it quickly and we’ll communicate openly about what happened.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that we believe are being used for fraud, or that we are required to close by law. We’ll always tell you why and give you a chance to export your data when possible.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email before they take effect. Continued use after a material change means you accept it.
